Pre-requisites
Unlocking the Bootloader voids our warranty.
Please take a Backup of all files on your device as unlocking the bootloader completely wipes your device
Charge the battery to at least 50 percent before starting the process.
You must have Android SDK or Minimal ADB and Fastboot Installed on your PC.
Required Files:
Steps To install Stock ROM / Factory Image on Razer Phone:
Step No 1: First, unlock the bootloader on Razer Phone.
Step No 2: Once unlocked, you will need to boot the device into Fastboot mode (Also known as Download Mode).
Step No 3: To do so, power down the device. Then press and hold the Volume Down + Power button simultaneously.
Step No 4: Connect your Razer Phone to the PC while it is in Download Mode.
Step No 5: Next, download Razer Phone factory image from above.
Step No 6: Extract the content of the downloaded factory image to C:\adb. This is where all the ADB and Fastboot binaries are present.
Step No 7: The extracted folder (e.g. cheryl-mr-release-3005) should contain a series of partition image (.img) files.
Step No 8: On Windows, locate the “flash_all.bat” script and double-click on it to restore Razer Phone stock firmware.
9: On Linux/macOS, open a Terminal window and use the following command to execute the install Razer Phone factory image.
./flash_all.sh
Step No 10: As soon as the flashing process is complete, your phone will reboot.
Step No 11: You can further relock bootloader.
Step No 12: To do so, boot your Phone into Download Mode and execute the following command to lock the critical partitions:
fastboot flashing lock_critical
Step No 13: On the confirmation screen, use the Volume keys to highlight and press the Power button.
Step No 14: Again boot into Download Mode and execute another command to finally lock Razer Phone bootloader.

Step No 15: When the confirmation screen appears, select “Yes”.
Done! You’ve successfully install Stock ROM / Factory Image on Razer Phone.
