Install Oxygen OS 4.5.15 via Stock Recovery
Download the OxygenOS 4.5.15 update zip file and place it on the root of SD card.
Navigate to your phone’s Settings and click on System updates
In System Updates, press the Gear icon on the top which opens up the settings of the System update.
Press “Local Upgrade” in Settings and you should see the OTA zip file which was moved to the root folder of your SD card
Select the Update Zip file and then press Upgrade to Latest OTA update.
Then, click on Upgrade Now and your device will reboot after the update has been installed and you will be upgraded to the latest OxygenOS 4.5.15 update on OnePlus 5
Install Oxygen OS 4.5.15 via TWRP recovery
Download the OxygenOS 4.5.15 update zip file and place it on the root of SD card.
Now, reboot to your recovery by turning off your device and pressing Power+Volume Up for a few seconds
Press Install and Select the update file from the list, then Swipe to Install.
